Patent, Trademark & Copyright Disputes
Agreement disputes are common occurrence in IP transactions. Some of those disputes may be resolved by applying a short negotiation process, and other disputes are resolved utilizing a more structured approach of arbitration. Arbitration is an out-of-court proceeding in which a neutral third party called an arbitrator hears evidence and then makes a binding decision.
