Steven's employment background includes positions as numerical controls programmer, electrical, mechanical and applications engineer, technical sales advisor, project manager and as a president of his own consulting company. His educational background includes two undergraduate degrees (electronics engineering and mechanical design), two graduate degrees (masters degree in project management and masters degree in business administration) and a law degree. He is registered to practice law in the State of Illinois, and is also a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, D.C.
